Particulate matter protection effect tester RF4315E
Particle protection effect tester
Particle Protection Efficiency Tester
Model: RF4315E
The particle protection efficiency tester is used to test the protective effect of daily protective masks on particles.
Aerosol particles (sodium chloride or corn oil) with a certain concentration and particle size distribution are generated by the aerosol generator, pass the measured sample at a prescribed gas flow rate, and the concentration of particulate matter before and after the test sample is evaluated by the percentage of particulate matter concentration reduction The protective effect of the tested sample on particulate matter.
The RF4315E tester includes a test chamber, a human head model, a breathing simulator, an aerosol generator, a gas concentration applicator, a high-precision aerosol particle counter, and a precision flow meter. It is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to precisely control airflow and aerosol concentration.
Scope of application: Daily protective masks.
