Intelligent Control: The triple-core processor motherboard and 2.8-inch TFT true-color touch screen allow you to pre-set speed and pause at any time. You can operate the digital display via touch screen, set timing from 1 to 1,000 minutes, and monitor real-time voltage, frequency, current, and power. The display also shows the torque curve graph, ensuring precise experimental data.

Multi-Functional Protection: The microprocessor controls stirring speed and compensates instantly for changes caused by load variation or power fluctuations, maintaining stable and reliable operation. A built-in automatic overload protection ensures safe continuous operation under high load. Stepless speed adjustment lets you correct the stirring speed at any point during the experiment.

Working Principle: A brushless DC motor drives the rotor at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator that draws material from both top and bottom. The rotor’s high linear velocity generates strong turbulence, producing impact, crushing, and shear forces in multiple directions. Repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shear ultimately form a stable emulsion.
