Mask and respirator flame retardancy tester is a test instrument for flame resistance of masks and respirator.

Mount the sample to be tested on a metal head mold, light the burner, and adjust the flame height so that the flame height at the top of the burner reaches 40±4mm, and the flame temperature at 20±5mm from the top of the burner reaches 800± 5℃. Start the metal head mold motion control device to make the head mold move at a linear speed of 60±5mm/s, and observe the burning of the mask material when the test sample passes over the flame.

The RF2187 combustion tester has a metal head mold with linear speed control. The flame height is adjustable and the flame temperature can be displayed.

Specifications:

1. Burner: propane burner;
2. The vertical distance between the top of the burner and the bottom of the mask is 20±2mm (the height of the head mold is adjustable);
3. The linear velocity of the nose tip movement of the head mold is 60±5mm/s;
4. Flame height 40±4mm (adjustable);
5. The flame temperature is adjustable (the flame temperature is 800±50℃ at 20±2mm from the top of the burner), measurable and displayable;
6. Can record the time of continued burning and smoldering;
