The respirator lens tester is used to test the degree of damage to the respirator lens under a certain height condition.

Put the tested sample on the test head mold correctly, and place and fix the head mold with the lens upward, so that the steel ball falls freely from the height of 1.3m to the center of the lens, and record whether there is a crack.

The RF3230 tester is composed of the machine base, steel ball clamping and releasing device, head mold and so on.

Scope of application: full-face mask respirator.

2. The quality of the steel ball: 45±1g;
3. Falling height: 1.3m;
