QMAX Fabric Stretch Tester SP23 also known as “Neck Stretch Tester”

To measure the tension for neck (collar), waistband or stretchable fabrics found in brassiere (bra), underwear, swimwear, trousers, etc.

Suggested standard of pull force should be less than 7 lbs to achieve the precribed width.  If more than 7 lbs pull force is applied in order to achieve the prescribed width, then it fails the requirement because the elastic band or the fabric material is too stiff or the material stretchability is insufficient
