ISO 6270:2007 Standard Overview
The ISO 6270:2007 series defines test methods for evaluating the humidity resistance of coating films. It consists of three parts:

Single-Sided Exposure Condensation Chamber
This chamber provides controlled test conditions for determining the resistance of paint films, paint systems, and related products to condensation. It is suitable for coatings applied to both porous substrates (such as wood, plaster, and plasterboard) and non-porous substrates (such as metals).
By exposing test panels to continuous condensation, the chamber helps predict performance under severe environmental conditions. Failures such as blistering, staining, softening, wrinkling, embrittlement, and substrate deterioration can be detected quickly.
