Application Field

The Zero Drop Tester is designed to evaluate the impact resistance and structural integrity of large packaging during transportation, handling, and loading/unloading processes. It features a unique “E”-shaped fork that rapidly retracts to allow the test item to drop freely from a set height, simulating real-world drop conditions such as flat surface, edge, and corner impacts. Controlled by an LCD panel, the machine enables precise drop height settings and fully automated testing. A high-efficiency shock absorber on the base ensures accurate results by minimizing rebound or secondary impact. Ideal for validating packaging design, the tester ensures enhanced product protection throughout the logistics chain.
