Operation Guide

  1. Start the Safety Shoes Impact Tester. Click the [up button] on the control box to lift the impact head. To the appropriate position, click the [down button] to stop.
  2. Click the [left button] to lower the anti-secondary impact device. install the toe cap sample of the safety shoes. Tighten the screws to fix the clamp with sample to make sure the sample does not move.
  3. Put the plasticine into the mold and make a cylinder. Place the cylinder of plasticine at this spot inside the toe cap. Use the handle in the lower left corner to adjust the impact head height. Make the impact head just touch the position of the sample.
  4. Press [Zero] and [Unit/O-L] at the same time to clear Length. Click [Menu] and [Down button] to select the test height.
  5. Set the test height by clicking the arrow keys. After the height setting is completed, click [Start/Enter] to confirm. Click [Esc/Stop] to exit.
  6. Click the arrow keys to choose to set the load weight. Click [Start/Enter], the impact head will automatically rise to the set height.
  7. Open the safety lock on the impact head. After confirming that everything is ready, click [Start/Enter].
  8. After 3 seconds of alarm, the impact head will fall freely.
  9. After the safety footwear impact test is completed, fasten the safety lock.
  10. Click the [up button] on the control box to lift the impact head. Observe the damage to the toe cap of the safety shoe and the plasticine inside.
