Testing Instrument for Ironing Color Fastness of Materials
The Color Fastness Tester for Ironing Sublimation evaluates how well dyed and printed textiles resist hot pressing, ironing, and dry heat (sublimation). It also measures performance in chlorine-resistance sublimation, scorching, yellowing of bleaching products, and the color fastness of disperse dyes. In addition, the tester checks water fastness for reactive dyes and dimensional stability at high temperatures.
Textile and garment manufacturers use this tester widely in printing, dyeing, and auxiliary material applications. It helps them control production quality and accurately assess product performance.
Color Fastness Tester for Ironing Sublimation
The unique large test panel can improve the test efficiency and make the tester suitable for more test standard requirements. The upper and lower independent temperature control system can ensure the safety and can be used for hot press ironing test and dry heat test, which is flexible and varied.
The new ADL-CST210L ironing sublimation color fastness tester has a larger test area, which can meet the needs of users to test multiple samples in single test. The tester has functions of over temperature protection, overload protection, electric leakage protection, and access control protection, which is safe and reliable.

Several Major Features
Upper and Lower Independent Temperature Control: The tester uses a PID temperature control system for both the upper and lower heating modules. This system delivers high temperature accuracy and low heating overload. A PT100 temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time.
Floating Pressurized Design: The floating pressure mechanism adjusts automatically when you apply the load. It allows you to test materials of different thicknesses while maintaining uniform pressure distribution and consistent heating, even for thicker samples.
Independent Temperature Control System: You can preset the test time using the built-in timer. Once you press the upper platen downward, the system starts timing automatically. A buzzer alerts you when the test finishes.
Unique Appearance and Safe Design: The tester features an attractive and ergonomic design. Insulation around the upper and lower heating plates prevents heat from transferring to the outer casing, ensuring safe operation and reliable performance.
