The Smart Air Permeability Tester quickly and accurately measures the air permeability of various flat materials and foam cubes. Its wide measuring range covers everything from dense papers and airbag fabrics to highly open non-woven and forming fabrics.
The Air Permeability Tester features an Android-based color touchscreen tablet with a multi-touch panel for simple and intuitive operation. Users can save results directly to Excel, generate professional reports, and share data instantly via Wi-Fi or SD card.

Test Principle
The operator clamps the fabric over the test head. Pressing the clamping arm automatically activates the vacuum pump. The system maintains the pre-selected test pressure and displays the air permeability result in the chosen unit within seconds.
Control Panel
The system uses a Samsung Android tablet with a multi-touch interface for easy operation and maintenance. Test results can be shared instantly via Wi-Fi or saved for later access.
Test Report
Users can export data as Excel files and transfer them through Wi-Fi or SD card for quick editing and printing.
