Applications
The Universal Wear Tester determines fabric wear and abrasion resistance for textiles, footwear, and industrial products. It comes with a surface abrasion head (inflated diaphragm method), a flex abrasion head, and the necessary weights and blades. This tester provides 120 double strokes per minute with a 25 mm stroke length. The air-inflated diaphragm system ensures uniform surface abrasion, while the clamping mechanism maintains consistent specimen tension. Its improved air injection system provides even inflation for more reliable results.
