This Fabric Bean Bag Snag Tester is suitable for testing outerwear knitted and woven fabrics and other fabrics that are easy to snag, especially for the snagging properties of chemical fiber filaments and textured yarn fabrics. In two separate test cylinders (8 needle bars in each), knitted fabrics, bead pillows (of known weight) are turned over with the rotation of the cylinders at 20rpm/100 revolutions, with predetermined electronic counter.
Working principle
Put a chain-suspended hammer around the guide rod and put it on the surface of the sample sleeved on the rotating drum. After the rotating drum rotates for a certain number of times at a constant speed, take off the sample and compare it with the rating chart in the rating box. .
